Adore, love, believe, and receive Jesus in the Holy Eucharist!
Expand perpetual and extended Eucharistic adoration in parishes and Christian communities as a priority.
Adore God. Make frequent, weekly or daily holy hours, visiting and spending time with Jesus in adoration.
Sign-up for a weekly hour of exposition at your parish or an adoration chapel. Offer to be a substitute Eucharistic adorer or to help coordinate/organize the adoration if needed.
Love God in the Holy Eucharist. Love God above all things, with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbour as yourself.
Believe in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
Nourish your soul with faithful catechesis on the Eucharist. Grow in faith. Know that the Holy Eucharist is Jesus, who is God – you were made to know, love and serve God now on earth, so that you can be happy with Him forever in Heaven.
Prepare to receive Jesus in Holy Communion by going to confession regularly. Fulfill your Sunday Obligation.
Receive Holy Communion frequently, always in the state of grace. Attend weekday Masses when possible.
Invite others to Mass and Eucharistic adoration. Evangelize and witness, sharing your faith and love for the Most Blessed Sacrament.
Revere and respect the Most Holy Eucharist in deed and word and by your example. Promote a return to practices of reverence.
Help organize and attend processions of the Blessed Sacrament, especially on Corpus Christi and Holy Thursday.
Avoid and prevent sacrilege by respecting and properly taking care of particles of the Eucharist, Jesus.
Stop and make reparation for all of the outrages, sacrileges and indifference towards the Most Holy Eucharist.
Bring about a Eucharistic Era of Peace by beginning to live it now, putting the Real Presence of Christ Our King where He belongs – as the source and summit of our Catholic Faith and the Saviour of the world!
Offer up your prayers of adoration, works, joys and sufferings for the salvation and sanctification of souls and the glory of God!
