True and lasting Eucharistic revival

Adore, love, believe, and receive Jesus in the Holy Eucharist!

  • Expand perpetual and extended Eucharistic adoration in parishes and Christian communities as a priority.
  • Adore God.  Make frequent, weekly or daily holy hours, visiting and spending time with Jesus in adoration.
  • Sign-up for a weekly hour of exposition at your parish or an adoration chapel. Offer to be a substitute Eucharistic adorer or to help coordinate/organize the adoration if needed.
  • Love God in the Holy Eucharist. Love God above all things, with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbour as yourself.
  • Believe in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
  • Nourish your soul with faithful catechesis on the Eucharist. Grow in faith. Know that the Holy Eucharist is Jesus, who is God – you were made to know, love and serve God now on earth, so that you can be happy with Him forever in Heaven.
  • Prepare to receive Jesus in Holy Communion by going to confession regularly. Fulfill your Sunday Obligation.
  • Receive Holy Communion frequently, always in the state of grace. Attend weekday Masses when possible.
  • Invite others to Mass and Eucharistic adoration. Evangelize and witness, sharing your faith and love for the Most Blessed Sacrament.
  • Revere and respect the Most Holy Eucharist in deed and word and by your example. Promote a return to practices of reverence.
  • Help organize and attend processions of the Blessed Sacrament, especially on Corpus Christi and Holy Thursday.
  • Avoid and prevent sacrilege by respecting and properly taking care of particles of the Eucharist, Jesus.
  • Stop and make reparation for all of the outrages, sacrileges and indifference towards the Most Holy Eucharist.
  • Bring about a Eucharistic Era of Peace by beginning to live it now, putting the Real Presence of Christ Our King where He belongs –  as the source and summit of our Catholic Faith and the Saviour of the world!
  • Offer up your prayers of adoration, works, joys and sufferings for the salvation and sanctification of souls and the glory of God!
